TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

When producing top grade solid tops (A or A/AB), we select sawn timber paying attention to the moisture content of the wood. Boards are sorted taking into account the final aesthetics of the products. Skilful gluing and processing affects the durability of tops. We use ecological oils for maintenance.
Our professional Ideal Line automatic powder coating line enables us to achieve a very high quality of coating. The automatic washer, which properly prepares the product for painting, is of great importance here.
